2) A dealer has a tax ID#
3) A dealer fills out a credit application.
4) A dealer will pay per credit agreement.
5) A dealer buys at least 20 sections of dock with associated accessories (approx $12,000).
6) A dealer will buy a minimum each season. ($5,000)
7) A dealer maintains inventory during dock season to properly take care of customer needs.
8) A dealer sells and services Innovative Products Marketing products.


What will Innovative Products Marketing do?


1) IPM will refer potential customers to the closest dealer if within 25 miles.
2) IPM will maintain proper inventory to properly service dealers.
3) IPM will ship in a timely manner.
4) IPM will promote Innovative Products Marketing Dock products to help establish a market.
IPM will help with advertising and promotion as is practical.
